Join the Black Students' Network for a chilled evening of chatting and painting! 🎨
Whether you are a dab hand with a brush or more of a 'trust the process' painter, it's an opportunity to get to know other Black students and find out more about the Network.
This event is run by the Black Students Network and is designed to be a space for our black students to reflect and celebrate this Black History Month.
Tickets are free and include all of the paint supplies and a free drink from the Balloon Bar. Booking is required.
Bristol SU is committed to running safe and accessible events for all students. If you have any questions about access to our events, please email the Bristol SU Events team at bristolsu-events@bristol.ac.uk
The Balloon Bar is on the ground floor of The Richmond building. Step free access is available via the Gordon Road entrance. The Balloon Bar does not have a lowered section at the bar but staff will be able to assist you. Once inside the building there are two lifts which service all floors. There are doors around the building which have to be opened manually. Accessible toilets are available on every floor. Gender neutral toilets are available on the 4th floor.
We welcome attendees who need to bring medicines, food, or drink to manage a medical condition, or medical equipment. Please email us at bristolsu-events@bristol.ac.uk or speak to a member of staff on arrival if you have any questions or concerns.
If you need to step out of this event to find a quiet space please notify a member of staff as you’re leaving so that they can let you back in.
Quiet areas with seating are available in the foyer and in the links spaces on the first and second floors of The Richmond Building.
