Our team is here to support your academic interests. We offer non-judgemental, free and confidential support to help and guide you through any difficult decisions you make during your time at the University.

We can support all students, including undergraduates, taught postgraduates, and research postgraduates.

These include changing courses, suspending studies and supporting you in your applications for extenuating circumstances, academic appeals and in writing complaints.

Alternatively, if you are being investigated for academic misconduct on assessment or want to appeal against Fitness to Study decisions, we can help throughout the process and advise on next steps.
