What do students want on a FTO manifesto?
The nominations period for the elections are underway and some of you might be looking at nominating yourself for one of the many roles up for grabs!
One of the biggest roles that students can nominate themselves for is a Full-Time Officer position, of which there are 7!

What do students want to see a Full-Time Officer campaign for on campus?
We asked students in the Living Rooms this question and this is what we found out…

"I think there needs to be a physical space on campus where students can walk in and ask questions about housing; also there is no disability office and it would be great for students who are disabled to have a physical space they can access support from."
"Its really hard to navigate stuff like that without having a physical space or just someone to talk to."

"So one thing that I would like to see is an officer campaign for more filtered water stations on campus!"
"Like in the study spaces and just more on campus, there isn't enough at the moment."

"Yeah so, I want the student bars to be open longer and I would love it to be a little bit cheaper too!"

"It's a bit controversial, but I like working from the sofas and in the comfy spaces. Like the 4th floor in Senate."
