Shaping Our Reparative Futures

The Reparative Futures programme is holding its second ever student engagement event and we would like you to be part of it!

Reparative Futures is a £10 million programme dedicated to tackling Afriphobia which encompasses the inequalities faced by the descendants of people with African descent who were enslaved during the transatlantic traffic. We're working to make a difference both within the University and in the local communities we serve.

So come along and join Reparative Futures’ second student engagement event! We want you to help shape the University’s path towards tackling Afriphobia. It will be in the style of a roundtable discussion, so is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with your peers and share ideas!

This event is open to all undergraduate students, but we encourage those who self-identify as Black or as part of a minority ethnic group to come along and share their opinion. To make it even more special, we’ll be celebrating with delicious Caribbean food at the end of the event, honouring the vibrant culture that Reparative Futures is committed to uplifting!
