Take a break! Dance to Destress

Take a break this exam season and take time to check in with your body with this free aerobics class!

Delivered by group facilitator and dance/movement psychotherapist; Lottie Ball. Her approach to working with movement incorporates various psychotherapy philosphies and pop culture, to utilise the power of dance as a vehicle for positive change. Lottie will be joining us to host an aerobics session to get you sweating and moving your body, to release some of that exam stress. Make sure you are looking after your physical and mental health this exam period by taking a break to check in with yourself!

This class is available to anyone and is suitable for complete beginners or those with a fitness background!
