Our society provides unmissable opportunities for students to discover the world of opera! We produce two full-scale operas each year: a larger production in the Winston Theatre in term two, and a smaller production (often Gilbert&Sullivan) in term one. This offers our talented members the opportunity to take part in outreach and enrichment activities and engage in a wide range of operatic genres. We also put on an annual "Arias concert" which means that anyone who feels intimidated by performing a whole opera can still perform to a large audience. In addition, we hold socials, masterclasses, workshops, and events throughout the year, and are always looking for makeup artists, costumiers, instrumentalists, directors, artists, or anyone who wants to try something new, which means that there really is something for everyone!
