Krakow Trip Competition T&Cs
Here are the terms and conditions for our Krakow trip competition this year:
1. Prize: The prize is £90. This prize will be paid to the winner either in cash or as a bank transfer from our account with the Students' Union.
2. Attendance: The prize is conditional on the winner attending the Krakow Trip. The Society reserves the right to withdraw or claim back the £90 prize from the winner should they fail to attend the trip without providing a valid reason.
3. Entry: To be eligible to win the £90 participants must have secured their place on the Krakow Trip by paying the £139 deposit by Sunday 17th November at 5PM.
4. Selection: A committee member who is not attending the trip will then draw the winner from the list of those who have paid their deposit by this date. This does make it possible that members of committee who have paid their deposit could win the competition. We will ensure the integrity of the draw by assigning each trip attendee who has confirmed their place a number and then using a random number generator to draw the number which we will then match with the participant.
