Our Second Give it a Go!
Join us on Monday for an exciting beginner lesson on Swing Dancing! Swing is a group of dances that originated in the 1920s and 30s in African American communities in Harlem, America. In our lesson we will be focussing on Lindy Hop which is danced with a partner to swing jazz music. Everyone is welcome, no prior skill level required, and you don't need to bring a partner as there will be the opportunity to rotate around and dance with everyone (although you can if you want to!). Dress however makes you feel comfortable, whether that be sports wear or vintage style swing clothing! You don't need to bring anything along other than a water bottle if you want, as dancing can be thirsty work!
Feel free to come even if you've attended the first GiaG session.
If we are not sold out, tickets will be available in cash on the door :)
