Give white-water kayaking a go with the University of Bristol Canoe Club! Join us for one of several GIAG Canoe Club pool sessions in our white-water kayaks in the warmth of the Bristol SU swimming pool! In these sessions we aim to give you an introduction to white-water kayaking through some basic instruction and fun games in one of our club boats. Come along and have some fun, get to know the sport and some like-minded individuals and make some new friends. Simply get a **free** ticket online on the SU website (no membership or SU sports pass is required). Then join us at the entrance to Richmond SU Building () where you will be welcomed by some existing club members holding bright yellow paddles who will show you to the changing rooms and then direct you to the pool. Just bring; swimming costume, towel & a T-shirt that you don’t mind getting wet. Before getting into boats, we will do a 25m swim test and a guided capsize drill.
