We run weekly sessions for both beginners and more experienced quizzers. The atmosphere is laid back and non-competitive so feel free to come along and say hi!
Our current format for quiz practice is a 2 hour session made up of 1 hour of buzzer quizzing and 1 hour of social quizzing.
Our weekly sessions will occur in The Richmond Building, 4.72 and 4.86, on Tuesdays 8-10pm!
NEW FOR THIS YEAR: We will now host specialist buzzer quizzing sessions on Saturdays from 11am-1pm in Senate House 5.20. This will be on a drop-in basis, and will be used to help train for quizbowl tournaments. So, if you want to take quizzing a little more seriously, these are the sessions for you!
On special occasions, we watch episodes of Only Connect and University Challenge together.

Our regular weekly Pub Quiz takes place in the White Bear on St Michael's Hill every Sunday from 7-9pm. Come along if you enjoy cheap pints and want the chance to win a cash prize!
This term pub quizzes are running weekly from 15/09/24 onwards.
We also plan on running socials where we visit other pub quizzes as a society, so follow our socials to stay posted!

University Challenge trials have concluded for this academic year. We will be running them again starting in October 2025, so stay tuned!
We also send teams to inter-university Quizbowl competitions at novice and higher levels. These tournaments are similar in style to University Challenge (though there are a range of difficulty levels) and typically involve a trip to another university. If you want to be added to our Quizbowl chat, just drop us a message.
